If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly refund your order within 10 days of receipt. For sanitary health concerns, we only accept the return and refund of unopened hair care products. Please note that all sales are final and are NOT subject to return. Rapunzel The Future of Hair will, at its discretion, allow for the return or replacement of any defective product within 10 days from the date of purchase that meets the following criteria:
Prior approval is required for all returns.
Receipt is required for all refunds.
Refund will be in the same form of currency used for the purchase.
Shipping charges will only be reimbursed for damaged and/or defective products.
